When is the commission charged?

The commissioning of the platform is done after the sale of the course.

The amounts are charged every 1st day of the month in relation to the total enrollments made in the previous month.

Regarding the credit card, if payment fails on the 1st, the platform automatically makes the next attempts on the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th and 28th.

If payment is not made by the first day of the next month, the school will be suspended.

Each plan has a commission percentage that is charged every month, over the total enrollment of paid courses.

Below are the commission rate values ​​per plan:

• Starter Plan: 8%
• Pro Plan: 4%
• Business Plan: 2%

If you need to perform test registrations, it is important to exclude registrations until the 31st of the month in order to not generate commission charges.
